1.Resolve all problems occurred during the whole process from producing art contents to realizing the effect of art engine of the game according to the particularity and request of the game engine.
2.Study the usage of the tools of the producing of art contents among the game projects.
3.Be familiar with and study the usage of every function of the game engine.
4.Fully understand the requests and problems of developing of every segment and provide enough technical support.
5.Provide technical support to create and optimize the process and regulations of the development of art resource.
6.Timely and effective technical study in order to achieve better game art effect.
7.Continually maintain the process and regulations of the development of the game art contents and usage of the engine tools according to the plan and art of the project developing and changes of the programs.
8.Write and maintain usage of the function of the game engine and the technical file of the development of the art resources of the game.
9.Train the new employees of art development.
1.Professional abilities of art with aesthetics ability and being proficient at procedures and regulations of various resources development of game art.
2.Enough understanding of the workaround of planning and programs and can do well at cooperating with planning and program teams to develop projects. Assist to resolve technical problems occurred between art and programs.
3.Can communicate well with every other members of each department in the whole team, have good logical thinking ability and good at managing and self-management. Strong independent power.
4.Be proficient at the usage of 3D art contents producing tools including 3DMax, Maya, Zbrush, XSI, Photoshop etc.
5.Be proficient at least one major game development engine, e.g.UnrealEngine、CryEngine、Unity3D etc.
6.Familiar with at least one scripting language, e.g. MaxScript、UnrealScript、Mel etc.
7.Master of one programming language, e.g. C++, C# etc.
At least 5 years above game development experience and 2 years above technical art related experience. With experience of development of 8.Large-scale NextGen game project will be preferred.
