    What You Will Do
    1. Conduct and supervise user research for at least one game title in collaboration with stakeholders, including all stages from planning to execution and debriefing with partners.
    2. Contribute to game localization in North America and partner with designers and producers on game teams to improve user experience through evaluation and follow-up.
    3. Plan and conduct user research independently by means of quantitative and qualitative research including but not limited to playtest, surveys and user interviews.
    4. Craft and edit reports and surveys in a variety of length and detail formats.
    5. Communicate summarized research results effectively to development teams for discussion and future implementation. Challenge stakeholders when research value becomes sub-optimal.
    6. Offer design suggestions and standards for North American market based on observation, research, and expertise.
    7. Contribute to coaching and training of staff on an as-needed basis and direct and support project staff in execution of projects.
    8. Occasionally travel to run on-site tests or to act as research authority and advisor.

    What You Bring
    1. At least 5 years of experience in user experience research. Experience in the mobile game industry is preferred.
    2. Bachelor’s degree required (preferred branches of psychology, anthropology, human factors, human-computer interaction, communications, market research, game design, or related fields). Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D., etc.) preferred but not required.
    3. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
    4. Plus: experience with FPS/MMORPG/Gacha RPG/Strategy games, focus groups, interviews, card sorts, or field studies.

    Job Duties:
    1.Plan and execute studies independently to learn user behaviors by means of quantitative and qualitative research including playtest, surveys and user interviews
