    Based in Montreal, you will be part of the global publishing team and will be responsible for coordinating the publishing strategies of multiple PC and Consoles games from all over the world, with a specific focus on western markets (mainly NA and EU).

    Reporting to the Head of Publishing, you will co-manage the publishing strategy with studios’ marketing teams, you will support them in defining a long-term brand plan, and you will help them create the best AAA games for the western markets.

    As the very first Brand Manager based in North America for the Netease Games group, you will also be instrumental in creating a proper marketing flow for all games, which includes taking part in transverse topics such as development to publishing process, global branding strategy, group timeline and global asset creation process.

    Responsibilities
    Support, nurture and drive internal studios in the publishing process
    1. As the main point of contact for all things publishing in the western markets, you will work closely with marketing teams embedded in studios/projects
    2. As the Senior Brand Manager you are expected to represent the western markets gamers in the development process, by impacting the marketing strategy first and foremost, but also by advising the developers on the game content (priorities for western market gamers, research and testing, etc.)
    3. Depending on the game and studio, your responsibilities can range from supporting the studio marketing team to creating and managing the whole marketing campaign in western markets

    Assist the Head of Publishing in conceiving and embedding a marketing workflow for all games published in overseas markets
    1. The NetEase Games group is focused on creating a whole new publishing workflow for AAA games on Consoles and PC, which are not traditional market segments for the group
    2. As a Senior Brand Manager you will assist and drive the conception and implementation of this workflow, from early conception to post launch releases

    Participate in growing the publishing team and its scope
    1. Because you would be the first Brand Manager of the group based in western markets you will be a key part of its growth in the next few months (building a fully blown publishing team, propose priorities and key roles to be filled, influence the structure, etc.)
